  BFO: Series-Session 1: Getting Started

Training Information:

This first series session is the foundation of the budgeting for outcomes (BFO) series of courses and will provide participants with an overview on how to start the BFO process, including how to identify key participants, identify members of the results teams, identify citizen and organization priorities, and also to hear lessons learned from seasoned practitioners. In addition, participants will discuss how to manage the overall process, including setting a budget calendar, recruiting key team members, and planning an effective public participation process.
