What is CRM and why should government finance officers know about it? This session will discuss the reasons governments undertake CRM initiatives and the results governments can expect when implementing CRM solutions. Changes to internal processes and technology are areas that often receive the most attention during implementations, but changes in the behaviors of government employees themselves have the largest impact on CRM project success.
