Training Information:

This second session will provide participants with an overview on how to develop cause and effect maps during a BFO implementation. Cause and effect maps are the visual representation of the causal factors that contribute to the identified priority outcomes. These maps provide an essential step during BFO to link spending to results. Participants will learn how to use evidence to prioritize services to meet community needs.
