This fourth and final session in the BFO series will provide an overview of the process to rank the offers, provide an overview on how to decide what to "buy," and provide participants with different ways to present the budget developed using the BFO methodology. Key topics in this webinar will be overall governance (who makes the decisions), ranking methodology (how ranking is done), and final adoption of the budget (how conflicts are resolved).
