Asset management technology has grown more sophisticated in recent years, with functionality that includes decision support for repair vs. replace scenarios, integration with GIS systems to provide geospatial views of asset data, and a host of other options. This course will assist participants in understanding which technologies and functions are best able to support the needs of the finance officer in both fixed asset accounting and overall asset management.
